An Evening With Jack Dee
Sat 13 Oct Oct 8pm
Butterworth Hall: £21
Following the sold-out BBC Radio 4 I’m Sorry I Haven’t A Clue recording at Warwick Arts Centre in May, where he provided host duties, Jack returns to present his new show and rest assured he’s still grumbling over the slightest of annoyances and misdemeanours.
Why is he touring again? “I want to spend less time with my family” says Jack.
Where’s he been? Appearing on shows like QI and Never Mind The Buzzcocks, 8 out of 10 Cats and Have I Got News For You, co-writing and starring in four series of BBC 2’s hit sitcom Lead Balloon and writing his memoirs, Thanks For Nothing which he modestly dedicated to himself -*“Without whom none of this would have been possible”*.
“A little ray of sleet” Jeremy Hardy
“… turns grumpiness into an art form” The Evening Standard
“…top comedy gig” The Telegraph
