CloseTaking its title from the song by Leonard Cohen, A Thousand Kisses Deep, tells the story of Mia (Whittaker), a young woman whose destructive past relationship with a charming but troubled musician Ludwig (Scott), leads her to travel back in time in an attempt to change the present.
Both thriller and dark romance, the film features a standout performance by Dougray Scott (My Week with Marilyn) at its heart. Scott learned to play the trumpet for the role and he brings a raw passion to the disturbed musical soul of Ludwig and the dark impact he has on the lives around him.
