Coming to Warwick this year? Work as a steward!
Tuesday 25 September 2012
If you are coming to Warwick this year, you may be looking to take on some work to boost your CV, meet like-minded people and, most importantly, gain experience working in a professional environment. At Warwick Arts Centre we present three seasons packed full of the best in contemporary theatre, music, dance, comedy, film, live literature and visual art. It has a buzzing atmosphere which is why we need enthusiastic Stewards who will help maintain our high standards of customer service.
The job is rewarding with Warwick Students having the opportunity to watch live performances and films as they steward them. It is also very enjoyable, and offers the opportunity to meet over 175 like-minded people, as well as gaining excellent experience working in one of the country’s largest arts centres.
We are looking to recruit two types of stewards:
- Volunteer Performance Stewards to assist with our live and film events programme
- Gallery Stewards to assist with operations in the Mead Gallery
Please download the ‘Information Page’ for the relevant role on the right-hand side of this page. If you are interested in applying for the role (you can apply for both) please download and complete the relevant application form and hand it in at Warwick Arts Centre’s Box Office no later than 3pm on Fri 5 Oct.
