Education Officer Vacancy

We are looking to recruit an Education Officer – this is a full time post operating on a job share basis.
The successful applicant will work at 40% of full time and will dovetail with another member of staff working at 60% of full time. They will work closely with the Education Director to ensure the smooth running of the Education Department and its programme of work. This will include taking responsibility for programme administration, overseeing budgets, logistical co-ordination, contracting staff (where appropriate), artist/teacher liaison, Youth Theatre management and the initiating, devising and managing of projects.
The successful applicant will have experience of an administration environment with independently operated supervisory and management responsibilities and experience of an arts education environment.
