Student performing at the Welcome Week Stage

Platform – Student Collaborations

It's a core aim of ours to support the next generation of artists and arts audiences. Which is why we have had some incredible, exciting collaborations with students and societies in the past. Now we are looking to make it easier for more students to share their emerging ideas and talent with our Platform programme.

This is your chance to bring an idea, work in progress, development project, workshop, talk, Q&A, music, drama or art event to Warwick Arts Centre and be guided by our team to help make it happen! This is your PLATFORM

Got an idea that you would like to Platform at Warwick Arts Centre?

Here's our house-keeping:

  • Get your expressions of interest to us by Monday 18th Nov 9am.
  • Our WAC panel will meet to shortlist in the w/c 18th Nov.
  • You must be available to attend a meeting with us to present your idea on the morning of Wednesday 27th Nov.
  • We are able to support up to 6 student collaboration events over Autumn
and Spring Term – Summer is a possibility, but we’ll have to hear why.
  • We can only accept submissions from University of Warwick students.
  • These events can take the shape of performances, workshops, talks,
    screenings and more.
  • To ensure the process is fair and open to all, we ask that students
complete an Expression of Interest form and prepare a presentation.
  • A panel of our staff members will then meet on a termly basis to select
    which events we can platform.
  • Please fill out our Expression of Interest form.
  • Please download our information pack to find out more.
