From moving docs to slasher plots, July is shaping up to be a varied and exciting month on the big screen.

Maxine Minx has made it to the glitz of 1980’s Hollywood, but the with a mysterious killer on the loose, her new life is threatened by the sinister secrets of her past. 

Inspired by the iconic slashers of the 80’s and the slick stylings of Giallo.

This poignant documentary delves into the true story behind Jonathan Glazer’s Oscar-winning The Zone of Interest.

The Commandant’s Shadow (from Fri 12 Jul) sees Hans Jürgen Höss, 87-year-old son of Rudolf Höss, face his father’s terrible legacy for the first time. 

Green Border

Green Border (from Mon 8 Jul) is a devastating refugee epic that challenges us to reflect on the moral choices we face every day.

From three-time Oscar-nominee Agnieszka Holland, this is an important if not hard to watch film at times, but one that should be seen!
