Warwick Arts Centre, The Butterworth Hall

Butterworth Hall

Our state-of-the-art concert hall with capacity up to 1,340.

Over the years, Butterworth Hall has hosted a huge number of stars from the worlds of classical, popular and contemporary music, as well as comedy. Alongside them, our youth orchestras and students from local schools have engaged in our education programme on its stage.

Following a multi-million pound redevelopment in 2009, our concert hall is state-of-the-art. It has a hydraulic stage (for up to around 200 performers), brand new technical equipment, improved acoustics and full wheelchair access.

From fine dining to fantastic music events, the Butterworth Hall (named after our founding Vice-Chancellor) is a versatile space for large-scale events.
