Tilda Swinton and Julianne Moore star in Pedro Almodóvar’s first English language feature.

Ingrid (Julianne Moore) and Martha (Tilda Swinton) were close friends in their youth, when they wrote together at the same magazine. Ingrid became a novelist, Martha a war reporter, and they were separated by the circumstances of life. Now after years of being out of touch, they meet again in an extreme but strangely sweet situation. Pedro Almodóvar’s (Pain & Glory, Volver, Talk to Her) first English language film is a lovely, tender, mordant drama, rich and full of stories.
