Platform - Broken Butterfly
Free, booking required
The Broken Butterfly is a coming of age play that follows the protagonist, Beatrice, as she navigates her first relationship, with her classmate Blue.
It explores how her childhood, as well as her rocky relationship with her mother come to affect how she handles tragedy when it strikes. An emotionally charged plot, along with dynamic characters lead this play, as audiences root for Bea’s successes, despite the obstacles in her path.
This performance is presented as part of our PLATFORM programme that supports University of Warwick students to showcase new works and works in progress on our stages and in our spaces.
