Louise Courvoisier’s earthy romp is a verité look at hardscrabble French farm life, a sweet romance and a loving ode to the glories of cheese.

An 18-year-old growing up in France’s Jura region, Totone (Clement Faveau) spends most of his time drinking beer and partying with his friends. But when he’s unexpectedly faced with taking care of his young sister and making a living from the family farm, he’s got to buck up his ideas and enters a competition for the region’s best Comté cheese – seeking gold and a 30,000 euro prize.
